The working principle of the KQP series air cannons
The KQP series breaker is based on the principles of aerodynamics. It uses a differential pressure device and an electrically controllable pneumatic battery reversing valve. First, compressed air is injected into the breaker tank to reach the working pressure. Then, by closing the pneumatic electromagnetic reversing valve, the compressed air in the tank can be instantly discharged, generating a powerful impact force to achieve the purpose of clearing obstructions and breaking the arch. The KQP series breaker can also be operated by using a manual valve for inflation and breaking.
Air cannon
Also known as air booster, dislodger or block-clearing device, it works by suddenly expelling a powerful jet of compressed gas at a speed exceeding Mach 1 (the speed of sound) to directly enter the blocked and jammed area where the bulk material is stored. This sudden release of expanding shock waves overcomes the static friction of the material, allowing the material inside the container to flow again.
